Moffins currently offers four subscription tiers: Free (no credit card required), Basic, Standard, and Custom. Refund terms apply only to paid plans.

  • Lack of usage of premium features.
  • No longer needing the service or switching to another tool.
  • Disagreement with non-material feature updates.
  • Prorated refunds for unused days or partial periods are not provided.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

  • Charges applied after a successful cancellation.
  • Duplicate payments for the same billing cycle.
  • Verified platform outages lasting 48 hours or more.
  • Technical issues caused by Moffins that prevent use of paid features and cannot be resolved in reasonable time.

Custom Plans

For Custom or enterprise plans, refund terms may follow specific agreements. Unless otherwise stated in a written contract, payments for Custom plans are non-refundable except in cases involving billing errors or platform-related service failures.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at hello.moffins@gmail.com. Include your account email, the charge details, and the reason for your request. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback may result in temporary suspension of your Moffins account during the investigation. Repeated chargebacks may lead to permanent account limitations. Contact us first to resolve billing issues quickly.
